potential tasks available for reference, ultimately, the services we provide are dictated by your
needs and executed to your specifications.
At Jaymi’s Jobs, we come fully equipped and all our products are child and pet safe. With

The only things not included are those things you don’t mention wanting done and that aren’t
on the Cleaning Checklist! As long as it’s needed to be done, it is accessible, and is on the list,
then it gets done! If it’s not on the list and you’d like for it to be done then all you need to do is
say so. We are here to do what YOU want done, not just what the Checklist dictates.
We at Jaymi’s Jobs strive to accommodate our clients’ schedules with flexibility. If you need
to cancel your cleaning appointment, please note the following:
●No charge will be applied if you cancel at least 4 days before your scheduled
appointment.
●Cancellations made 3 days prior will incur a fee of 25% of the original cleaning cost.
●Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 60% of the
cleaning cost.
This policy helps us manage our scheduling efficiently and maintain fair compensation for
the time allocated to your service. When an appointment is canceled without sufficient notice, it
prevents us from offering that slot to another client, resulting in a loss of potential income. We
appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
At Jaymi’s Jobs, we understand the importance of clear and cost-effective service estimates.
For initial quotes provided through online or phone communication, which do not involve direct
costs, we are happy to donate our time spent to offer these complimentary to you. As a dedicated
local business, we invest our time to ensure you receive the best possible service estimate
without charge. However, for in-person estimates that incur actual expenses, such as travel costs,
we are unable to cover these without affecting our small business’s sustainability and so charge
$30 to offset any actual costs incurred. Nevertheless, if you decide to engage our services, we
will credit the cost of your estimate towards your first cleaning bill, effectively making the
estimate cost-free for you

as a consistent and primary source of income. Seven years into this steady phase, Jaymi’s Jobs
was officially registered with the Idaho Secretary of State and has been actively pursuing
expansion ever since. The company’s stellar reputation has spread throughout the Pacific
Northwest, fostering growth and enabling us to support an increasing number of community
members. As our services have become more in demand, we’ve scaled our operations to meet the

We’re here to tailor our work to meet your needs. Here are some common special requests we
receive from our clients:
Cleaning Litter Boxes/ yards: If you have pets, we can take care of cleaning their litter boxes or
removing those ‘bombs’ in your yard. A fresh and tidy space for your furry friends is essential!
Eliminating Pet Hair from Furniture: Pet hair tends to find its way onto upholstery and furniture.
We’ll make sure to remove it, leaving your home looking pristine.
De-Cluttering: If certain areas of your home are cluttered or untidy, we can focus our efforts
there. This way, you’ll get the best value for your money.

Preferred Scenario: We actually prefer that you aren’t home during cleanings. Why? Well, things
tend to get re-dirtied or cluttered while we work, and our goal is to leave your home properly
sanitized and put away. Plus, we absolutely love the “ta da!” moment when our customers walk
into their fresh-smelling, polished, and clean home and they do, too!
Understanding Your Preferences: However, we completely understand that some clients prefer to
be home until trust is built, or for various other reasons. If you’d like to stay home, that’s
perfectly fine too! After all, it’s your home, and the choice is entirely up to you.
So whether you’re there to witness the magic or prefer to return to a delightful surprise, we’re
here to accommodate your needs!

With sanitization procedures being in the forefront of our minds, it is obvious we will not be using
the same cleaning rags to clean the toilet as we do your kitchen table!! This same logic is utilized
throughout the entirety of your home, and even for tasks of the same sort, like dusting, the clothes are
frequently changed out. This is done not only due to sanitization procedures but for the ease with which
we accomplish our tasks as well! Its difficult to dust with a dusty rag. We also use color coordination with
our rags to reduce risks so that theres not ever any cross contaminations occurring during the cleaning
process, with certain colors having certain tasks that they alone accomplish. Having used these protocols
and procedures for so many years they are like a second nature ingrained within every task accomplished,
so you never need be unsure of the procedures and protocols utilized at Jaymi’s Jobs or if your home only
looks clean versus truly is clean! You’ll know it by the way your home looks, smells, and feels !
A Certificate of Insurance, a professional liability policy, is available for you to view if you’d ever like to see it, but you can perhaps relax a little more knowing that all of your precious belongings are covered should any get harmed or damaged through a fault of Jaymi’s Jobs. Although Idaho state laws do not require licensure for many of the tasks performed by Jaymi’s Jobs (such as housekeeping services), Jaymi’s Jobs is officially a registered LLC with the Secretary of State and has a registered EIN number with the IRS. For those tasks which by law do require a professional registered with the Bureau of Occupational Licensure you can be rest assured that a Jaymis Jobs while aquire a competent individual with the correct credentials for the task.
